Pure Vanilla Extract uses a proprietary blend of select vanilla beans and is made using our strict, unwavering quality standards.There are over 250 different flavour components to vanilla beans, and to ensure they are protected from the damaging effects of heat or pressure to produce a true vanilla profile, each batch of beans undergoes a unique 3-5 week cold process of extraction to preserve the essential oils. It’s a 1:1 ratio and the paste gives you those beautiful vanilla bean flecks in the finished product without the expense or time of scaping a bean.
