About this deal

The Loop community told us they wanted a 3-in-1 product that made switching between auditory situations totally seamless,' says Loop’s Co-Founder, Dimitri O. By lowering overall noise exposure, these earplugs can help prevent the worsening of tinnitus symptoms, especially in environments with a risk of exposure to potentially damaging loud noises. Between the two versions, I preferred the ‘Quiet’ version, as I found them easier to tuck into my ears and were the most comfortable. The clear is subtle enough not to be noticed immediately (wouldn’t have a problem with that but prefered something more discrete) and looks great.

Loop Earplugs are designed for noise sensitivity and can help with multiple sensory conditions like autism, ADHD and misophonia. Hardly an uncommon occurrence, these days there are countless earplugs designed to support peaceful sleep. For complete silence, we recommend foam earplugs that can offer around 38 dB of noise reduction, far surpassing the 26 dB of Loop Quiet. In several months of use and three flights they've not yet managed to worm their way out my ears, no matter how much I toss and turn through the night. Loop Engage features an acoustic channel and single mesh filter, which does a much better job at reducing occlusion than other earplugs, all while maintaining natural attenuation so speech and conversation can flow. As for practical noise reduction on the bike at speed, the Experience works fine until the winds pick up. Once you've found your fit and preferred material, take the ring of the Loop Earplug between thumb and index finger and place the bud into your ear — you can pull gently at the top of your ear to make this easier. The only time I’ve ever used them is to try to switch off the world; usually with reusable earplugs to get as close to total silence as possible. Even if an earplug slips out of position during my ride, I’ll take the time to pull over and re-adjust as I find the noise so uncomfortable. With extensive marketing boasting their effectiveness and, we admit, a pretty appealing (and planet-friendly) design — we were only too eager to get our hands on a pair and put them to the test. All you have to do to keep them in tip-top shape is give them a little wash with warm soapy water every few nights and leave them to dry. Silicone is known to be soft, flexible and easy to clean, so you can wear them night after night without risking infection. Not only were we pleasantly surprised by the level of volume reduction, but the super soft, flexible design of the earplugs makes them incredibly comfortable to wear on a day-to-day basis.

They wanted to redefine what earplugs should look, sound and feel like and allow people to live life to the fullest. Loop Experience is the brand's original product, designed to filter noise and limit decibel intake without compromising sound quality, with up to 18 dB of noise reduction. Individuals with autism often have heightened sensitivity to sensory inputs like sound, making them susceptible to discomfort or distress in noisy environments like cities. The one comparison that’s always a bit difficult is with custom plugs; I had a pair but they stopped working over time; I was told that my ear canal had changed shape and was kindly provided with a free newly-fitted pair, but even they became less effective after six months, particularly in one ear.Living next to a big street in the middle of the city they help me cancel out the noice from cars and trams while still letting me hear the music I'm listening to. These earplugs help protect children's hearing while ensuring they can still hear instructions and conversations clearly. In noisy or bustling settings, like an office or playground, these auditory distractions can exacerbate difficulties with concentration and focus. If the office is particularly noisy I'll bust them out, but generally I prefer the Engage Plus (see below) for work.

Unlike traditional earplugs, which use squishy foam to fill the ear canal and muffle sound, these actually have noise-filtering and sound reduction tech lurking beneath the surface. While they increased my focus a little when wor Loop Earplugs offer innovative earplugs designed for various uses, including sleeping, travelling, and attending events. Approved by sleep experts: We collaborate with international sleep experts who train our team, review our articles, and provide invaluable insights on sleep health.I find my concentration easily shattered by background noise - the dog barking at the postman, my son shouting all the way to America when playing online video games. So happy to hear that you find our design and packaging comfortable and beautiful, as we designed them with that in mind. I found the silicone plugs both much easier to work with and more comfortable than the foam, but either way it takes a while to attach the ear tips to the acoustic channel stem, so don’t attempt to find your fit as you’re rushing out the door to the airport.
